This year at Anime North I had a commission of Naoto from the Dogs manga, barefoot and stuck in glue.

This is both versions of the sketch, as they've been asked for by a number of curious people.

Heh, I've been commissioned by him before. Heard he's not really a fetishist but just does it to freak out artists... but regardless he's a pretty nice guy and willing to pay

I think he likes supporting the alley peoples.

I used to commission a lot of art with glue but as you can see when you request something enough you get labelled as crazy. I bought 100 dollars worth of commissions at an this year and learned that it's not worth it because in order to get what you want you get made fun of.

Last artist alley i'll ever go to.

It sucks that that happened to you. I don't think anyone here thinks you're crazy though... I mean, to each their own, right? We all have our quirks

I don't mean it in a bad way or anything... I just always got the impression that an artist wasn't really a part of the alley til they'd been commissioned by you.

Your requests are a good challenge for us as artists, since it's usually out of our comfort zone. Anyone who doesn't understand that doesn't deserve to have the commish anyway.

I drew picture of Rikku from FFX for you many years ago. I have vastly improved since then, but I switched to making plush sushi pillows for cons, so I don't take drawn commissions anymore
